Steve is a regular speaker on creativity, culture and social change and has spoken at a wide range of in-house and public conferences as well as on global stages such as Cannes LIONS, TEDx .

Steve is a regular guest various podcasts about creativity, culture, spirituality, mental health and art. As well as his work with organisations he runs a variety
of open public creativity workshops that focus on subjects such as the Inner Critic, Improvisation as an organisational practice and mask work to explore the depths of our personality.

He writes a popular blog about creativity and the human condition, is the author of the 2014 book “Can Scorpions Smoke? Creative Adventures in the Corporate World” and the simplistically bizarre “100 Crap Faces.”

As an artist he has sold his work across four continents and exhibited alongside the likes of David Shrigley and Pablo Picasso. His conceptual art projects have included “Inexpert 2018” – a speaker event designed to be the opposite of TED and “Sound of Silence” – the world’s first silent podcast featuring special guests.

He is husband to Kath, daddy to Maya and Poppy the dog and is still unsure of what he wants to be when he grows up. Steve is at his best when he is right on the edge of not quite knowing what he is doing.
